I Had to Give Away My Puppy Cleo

(full image 240kB). This was my puppy, Cleo. I couldn't keep her because of a change in my apartment's policy. When I moved in, they allowed pets, which is why I accepted Cleo from the family that owns her Mom. When I talked to the management at the apartment I found out they no longer accept pets, so I had to find another home for her.

I ended up giving her to a good home where she has 2 adults, 2 kids, and a yard! I leave this page around so I can remember her.

Cleo was born on June 30, 1996. Her mother is an Australian Sheppard mix, and her father is a purebred Chow Chow. She has thick, soft, golden fur like a chow but her body type has a lot of sheppard, including a longer snout and tail. You can see that the tip of her tongue is black, like a chow's tongue. She is 28 pounds and will probably be about 40 pounds when full grown. Everyone who sees her comments on how pretty she is.

(full image 232kB) She is a very even-tempered, even shy dog. She has spent most of her time living outside, but adapted quickly to my apartment. She was house-broken within a week. She is very clever and was starting to learn to sit, come, and shake a paw. Her even temperment makes her ideal for kids.

She has had 2 of the 3 sets of shots needed to complete her initial set of puppy shots (the final set is coming up in about 2 weeks). She has also had her heart-worm pills, and is on a flea prevention pill called program. So, she is completely up to date on preventative medicine, and I have her medical records. The vet said she is very healthy and anticipates no problems.
